Application modernization to migrate to Azure
Project to modernize the tools in place to optimize CBC / Radio Canada ‘s business applications by migrating them to the Azure cloud.
We had to modernize to a new, much more recent and efficient infrastructure, and then migrate the databases, environments and business applications present on around ten servers to a single SQL Azure environment.
This project also aimed to streamline and improve all their DevOps processes, both in terms of their tools and the people involved, in addition to improving the HA and succession plan of their television and radio applications, using the Azure cloud.
Migration to Azure Cloud

The solution was also expected to increase the robustness of the service, simplify management and reduce maintenance costs, in addition to automating recurring tasks and providing flexibility in cost control and development.
We created a long-term partnership with Bell Canada and the solutions were deployed progressively to avoid any service interruptions and ensure the best possible return on investment.
Development of a specialized tool for the management and backup of critical operational data, complementing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) solution.
The tool had to be accessible by Bell Canada and its supplier and allow an external supplier to share critical files to a secure server.
We opted for a solution using Microsoft Azure technologies, which has the advantage of simplifying access between the company and its supplier without modifying the security of current networks.
Implementation of a communication and compensation calculation tool as part of an early retirement and voluntary departure program. The application was to allow civil servants to submit an online application and monitor the progress of their files managed by the administration.
We chose Microsoft Azure technology as our development platform – a solution that meets all the project constraints in addition to offering flexibility for future developments.
Deicing Manager Deployment
Application modernization project and its integration into the Azure cloud to automate the processes necessary for the business activities of our client, a major American airline. We took advantage of the pandemic period to deploy the Wiseleap Deicing Manager deicing management system for a major American airline. We developed a complete solution allowing the client to automate the processes essential to its activities. We also deployed a mobile application allowing users to easily work with the application from any location and resolve problems remotely.
